Intimate Bridge Counseling is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote position. Work Environment

This position will be conducted remotely, offering flexibility and a conducive workspace that allows our LCSW to engage effectively with clients and team members. You will primarily work with children and their families within a detox center setting, focusing on early intervention and developmental support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments aimed at understanding each child's developmental needs.
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to the unique needs of each child and family.
  • Monitor and evaluate outcomes to ensure that the plans are effective and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Provide essential emotional and practical support to families, empowering them to enhance their childโ€™s development actively.
  • Strictly adhere to federal and state regulations, ensuring compliance in all practices.
  • Establish positive rapport and effective communication with children, their families, and team members, fostering a nurturing learning and therapeutic environment.
  • Develop joint plans with families utilizing evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices.
  • Deliver regular support and skills training to families on enhancing their childrenโ€™s development in alignment with agreed-upon goals.
  • Employ coaching techniques and natural environment teaching methods to facilitate learning.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards across all interactions and services provided.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at Intimate Bridge Counseling, you will primarily focus on young children, including babies and toddlers, facing disabilities or developmental delays. You will support families navigating the complexities of early intervention, providing them with the resources and guidance they need to foster successful growth and learning experiences in both home and community settings.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
  • Must possess a valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary to navigate community resources effectively.
  • Proficient in adapting therapeutic approaches to accommodate diverse learning styles unique to each childโ€™s individualized treatment plan.
Preferred Experience
  • Minimum of one year of direct experience working with children in early intervention settings.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience.
