Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop project scope, requirements and guidelines as well as detailed project plans and schedules, identify dependencies and critical paths, and resolve schedule conflicts.
  • Create resource plans and assemble and lead project teams.
  • Execute and monitor projects utilizing PMO processes, tools, and documentation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress as well as manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost.
  • Document and mitigate project issues and risks.
  • Facilitate relationships with internal stakeholders and function as the central point of contact for all project related information.
  • Provide leadership and collaborate with cross functional resources while maintaining alignment with departmental managers.
  • Communicate performance of project activities regularly by written and/or oral presentation to management.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, marketing or business, along with at least 5 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification as Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software.
  • Knowledge of company technologies and business marketing systems, including JIRA/Confluence and Workfront helpful.
  • Expert knowledge of PMO methodology, processes and documentation preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross functional work teams toward project completion.
  • Display effective leadership and analytical skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This position is on-site at the New Bremen, OH location.
