About The Role

Responsible for the development, implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of customer experience capabilities to support pharmaceutical products and marketing initiatives, with primary responsibility for Web Operations across Neurocrine's portfolio of brands and websites. Oversees managed services partners to ensure efficient, consistent, high-quality delivery. Extends production governance and practices to additional digital production activities (e.g., display and social).

Your Contributions
  • Lead digital production operations for website launches, enhancements, updates, and ongoing production; manage intake, prioritization, hand-offs, quality controls, release processes, escalation.
  • Partner with brand teams, agencies, and managed services to maintain enterprise production standards across different agency models.
  • Train internal teams and agency partners on core capabilities and best practices.
  • Oversee managed services partner: budget, capacity planning, timelines, utilization, scope, and performance.
  • Establish/monitor/report service levels and operational KPIs (throughput, cycle time, on-time delivery, quality, rework, backlog, capacity, vendor performance).
  • Coordinate with content owners, analytics, privacy, IT, and stakeholders to resolve operational dependencies.
  • Oversee QA and release-management standards.
  • Drive reusable components, templates, design standards, and standardized production practices.
  • Partner with Sr. Manager (digital platforms) on Contentful/Bynder enhancements, architecture, documentation, and governance.
  • Extend governance/operating practices to additional channels/assets as needed.
Requirements
  • BS/BA in marketing/communications/information systems/computer science/digital technology or related field AND 6+ years digital marketing/marketing ops (or related).
  • OR Master's in marketing/life sciences/business administration AND 4+ years similar experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Managing digital production/web operations across multiple brands.
  • Website production lifecycle knowledge (requirements, handoffs, dev, QA, release, optimization).
  • Workflow/SLA/KPI governance; JIRA, Adobe Workfront, and/or ServiceNow (plus).
  • Headless CMS and DAM (Contentful/Bynder preferred); DAM practices (metadata/taxonomy, rights, permissions, governance, integrations).
  • Knowledge of accessibility, analytics/tagging, privacy, responsive experiences, and QA; martech ecosystem (Salesforce preferred).
  • Knowledge of CMS/DAM/marketing automation/analytics data flow; AI-enabled production/personalization (AI strategy preferred).
  • Reusable components/design systems/templates (preferred); regulated industry (preferred).
  • Promotional review experience in regulated digital environments (preferred).
  • Strong operational/project management; scalable processes/governance in matrixed orgs; agency/vendor management; communication and problem-solving.
