DURATION: 13 Weeks

SHIFT: Nights 7P-7A Thursday, Friday, Saturday Blocked Schedule

CALL REQUIREMENTS: None

REQUIREMENTS: Current AART (R)(CT)

BLS required

1-2 years' experience

CT AND XR experience and proficiency required

GE CT Scanner, Philips XR, Vitrea, Merge PACS, MedRad contrast injector

EMR: Cerner preferred

NUMBER OF BEDS IN UNIT: 10

SCRUB COLOR: Black

TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM FACILITY – LOCAL CANDIDATES NOT ACCEPTED!

SCOPE OF ROLE: CT/XR Technologist for 10 Bed FSED in Portage, IN. Will have XR tech to work with until 11 PM, but will be by themselves from 11P-7A. Will cover Inpatient Rehab Unit and Regency unit for XR/Ct as well, but those units contribute very low volume to imaging department; Good relationship with ED. Dept. has protocol books for all scans and up to date protocols in the scanner
