The Talent Solutions Specialist is responsible for managing the full talent acquisition lifecycle while serving as a strategic partner to both clients and candidates. This role combines recruiting excellence with account management responsibilities, including client relationship development, workforce planning support, contract employee engagement, and business growth initiatives. Success in this role requires the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, candidates, contract employees, and internal stakeholders while delivering exceptional service and talent solutions that support long-term partnerships and organizational success.


The ideal candidate consistently provides world‑class service by earning trust, demonstrating professionalism, proactively addressing client needs, and responding with a strong sense of urgency. This individual serves as both a recruitment expert and account manager, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the employee and client lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Solutions Specialist, you will report to the Recruiting Services Manager and collaborate closely with recruiting, sales, operations, and client stakeholders to deliver innovative talent solutions and support workforce objectives.


Candidate Identification & Recruiting

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical, engineering, and professional positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through ATS databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, social media, and industry events.

  • Serve as a trusted partner to clients by understanding workforce needs, providing recruiting recommendations, and delivering high‑quality talent solutions.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, workforce planning discussions, and exceptional service delivery.

  • Support account growth by identifying additional staffing opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and collaborating with business development efforts.

  • Manage contractor relationships throughout the assignment lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance follow‑up, issue resolution, and redeployment opportunities.

  • Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience while promoting retention and long‑term client satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within ATS, CRM, VMS, and client systems while ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.

  • Participate in client meetings, networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences to build relationships, generate leads, and promote company services.

  • Monitor recruiting metrics, market trends, and hiring activity to provide insights and support business objectives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Marketing, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, talent acquisition, account management, or workforce solutions

  • Experience recruiting for IT, Engineering, Professional Services, or technical positions within the Department of Energy (DOE) nuclear industry

  • Proven ability to build and manage client relationships while delivering high‑quality staffing solutions

  • Experience supporting MSP/VMS program requirements

  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, job boards, and social media

  • Proficiency with ATS, CRM systems, Microsoft 365, and recruiting technologies

  • Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, and relationship‑management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment

  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
