Position Summary
The Administrative Scheduler serves as the primary onsite scheduling and administrative support resource for Inter-con client's security program. This role is responsible for staffing coordination, scheduling accuracy, workforce support, payroll discrepancy resolution, and operational administrative support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage daily scheduling operations.
  • Coordinate staffing coverage and schedule adjustments.
  • Maintain staffing rosters and reports.
  • Support onboarding and training coordination.
  • Utilize Salesforce, GANTT scheduling systems, and Paycom.
  • Assist with payroll discrepancy resolution.
  • Generate operational and staffing reports.
  • Partner closely with Operations Management.
  • Support workforce retention and staffing initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 1-3 years of scheduling, administrative, workforce coordination, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce, Paycom, or workforce management systems.
  • Scheduling or staffing coordination experience.
  • Security industry experience preferred but not required.

Work Schedule
  • Monday through Friday, standard business hours. Flexibility may be required to address urgent staffing needs.

Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer. Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
