Position Profile
The contents of this role profile outline the role and responsibilities of the Program Manager and should be reviewed in conjunction with the Delegation of Authority, Organization Design Principles, RACI and Leadership attributes.
Position objective:
The Program Manager is responsible for the expansion, growth, and diversification of the service offerings for the client. In addition, this resource will ensure that the strategic direction of the program is translated into program operations.

Key responsibilities:
  • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights and MRA data to identify issues and provide suggestions related to requisition fulfillment challenges.
  • Provide client decision support regarding appropriate worker classification.
  • Provide clients with supplier optimization recommendations, and assist Supplier Relations with contract terminations as needed.
  • Deliver supplier scorecards, and corrective actions or probation related to contract violations.
  • Assist in qualifying suppliers and contract negotiations as needed to support programs.
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise.
  • Measure Maintain and monitor daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports to identify trends, gaps, opportunities.
  • Work with client to monitor program satisfaction (stakeholders & hiring managers), provides order fulfillment coaching to team members.
  • Work with client to monitor supplier satisfaction, provide necessary coaching to suppliers.
  • Interpret data with market context and industry insights for client review.
  • Provide updates and recommend best practices for program and/or system enhancements.
  • Develop and manage projects related to program/team development and improvement
