About Us
Founded in 2015 to develop the world's first industrially scalable laser metal additive manufacturing solution, VulcanForms is reshaping how the world manufactures critical products. We build and operate advanced digital infrastructure that enables innovation, accelerates growth, and supports sustainability across aerospace, defense, medical, and other essential industries. Through our vertically integrated capabilities, including scalable additive manufacturing and precision machining, we deliver true end-to-end production at scale by combining cutting-edge technology with a foundation of proven industrial craftsmanship. Our team brings deep expertise in manufacturing, materials science, software, automation, and operations, united by a shared commitment to quality, curiosity, and accountability. We foster an inclusive culture where people take ownership, solve meaningful problems, and continuously learn, because we believe diverse perspectives lead to better outcomes.
Job Purpose
VulcanForms is hiring a Senior Recruiting Operations Program Manager to own the planning, tracking, and coordination that keeps large-scale hiring programs on track. This role will turn headcount needs into structured plans, build the systems that track progress and hiring velocity, and ensure leadership always has a clear, accurate picture of how we're delivering against goals. The ideal candidate is a structured, analytical program operator who thrives in complexity. They bring order to ambiguity, drive consistency in how we track and report progress, and keep programs moving with urgency and discipline in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Translate hiring demand into structured, executable hiring plans that clarify priorities and expected delivery timelines for large-scale programs
  • Build and maintain recruiting program visibility by tracking progress against hiring plans, including pipeline velocity, hiring capacity, and delivery risk, to ensure leadership has a clear and consistent view of hiring health
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of recruiting program data by reconciling inputs across recruiters and systems so reporting reflects true execution status
  • Identify breakdowns in hiring execution (capacity constraints, pipeline gaps, coordination issues, workflow breakdowns) and drive resolution in partnership with recruiting leadership and recruiters
  • Coordinate across recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and execution expectations within the recruiting function
  • Support execution of high-volume hiring initiatives (e.g., hiring waves, super days, structured hiring pushes) by ensuring structure, tracking, and visibility are in place to deliver against targets
  • Continuously improve recruiting operating systems, reporting structure, and execution workflows to increase clarity, consistency, and reliability in hiring program delivery
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Operations, Workforce Planning, or a related function
  • Experience supporting large-scale or high-volume hiring initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience building dashboards, reporting, or operational tracking to support business or recruiting decisions
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to execution and decision-making
  • Experience working within ATS or recruiting systems preferred
