Job Description Traveling MEP Assistant Project Manager Location: Nashville, TN. Primary Function: Support the Project Manager in business and administrative tasks to ensure smooth planning, coordination, and execution of MEP projects within established timelines and budget constraints. Key Responsibilities: Assist in project scheduling, workforce planning, and assignment of personnel.

Support coordination of project activities to ensure timely progress and budget adherence. Identify and report potential project challenges, such as scheduling conflicts or work interferences, and assist in implementing solutions. Prepare, edit, and manage project-related documentation, including reports, memos, and procedures.

Oversee administrative tasks, including expense reports, supply requisitions, and personnel transactions, as authorized by the supervisor. Conduct research and develop special reports, studies, or statistical analyses as requested. Perform additional assignments as directed by the Project Manager.

Qualifications & Experience: Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field. 2-4 years of business or administrative experience, preferably in the MEP industry. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle project coordination efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Willingness to travel as needed to support project operations.
