What you'll do:
Lead work transformation & cost takeout engagements

  • Redesign workflows that embed AI into how work gets done (including human-in-the-loop models)
  • Ensure initiatives are tied to measurable outcomes through KPI definition, tracking, and governance

Drive business development

  • Develop proposals, scopes, pricing approaches, and staffing models
  • Identify and shape follow-on opportunities by translating client pain points into quantified value stories
  • Partner across industry and technology teams to bring integrated solutions to market

Lead teams & grow the practice
  • Own engagement delivery, team leadership, quality, economics, and client satisfaction
  • Coach team members in productivity methods, structured problem solving, and executive communication
  • Contribute to productivity/workforce methodologies, tools, and go-to-market assets

What you'll bring:
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or transformation roles
  • Deep experience in productivity improvement, including labor efficiency, workforce analytics, cost takeout, or process transformation
  • Strong ability to build and communicate quantified business cases (workload analysis, capacity, cost, ROI)
  • Experience applying process improvement methods (e.g., lean, workflow analysis, operating model design)
  • Ability to connect AI (including generative AI and automation) to practical workflow use cases and measurable outcomes
  • Track record of selling and delivering work in a consulting or advisory environment
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in one or more of West Monroe's core industries preferred

What success looks like
