Job Description

This position combines recruiting, payroll administration, onboarding, HRIS administration, compliance, workforce analytics and continuous improvement. The role partners with Human Resources, Finance and Operations to recruit, onboard and retain talent while ensuring accurate payroll administration and providing workforce metrics to leadership.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Process and audit bi-weekly payroll in ADP Workforce Now.
  • Review timecards, resolve missing punches and payroll exceptions.
  • Coordinate recruiting including postings, sourcing, interviews and candidate communications.
  • Administer onboarding, orientation and Day One scheduling.
  • Process new hire paperwork and employment documentation in ADP.
  • Maintain employee records and HR policies within ADP.
  • Conduct I-9 audits and maintain employment compliance.
  • Assign and monitor annual and new hire training.
  • Monitor PTO, attendance and overtime trends.
  • Develop monthly workforce dashboards and HR metrics.
  • Document HR standard operating procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in HR, Business or related field; Bachelor's preferred.
  • 3-5 years HR, recruiting or payroll experience.
  • ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
