BILINGUAL ONSITE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
BOLINGBROOK, IL

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Onsite Operations Coordinator (SPC) to join our Select team! Select is an Employbridge company. Employbridge is a place where your career and passion come together. Your Opportunity as a Staff Performance Coordinator:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for associates, client contacts, and vendors regarding attendance, onboarding, payroll, and workforce-related concerns.
  • Support a growing onsite client operation, serving as a trusted workforce partner while maintaining a professional presence within the customer's facility.
  • Coordinate the resolution of employee issues with client partners and Employbridge teams, ensuring concerns are addressed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Deliver customized new hire orientations and create a positive first-day experience for associates.
  • Collect, review, and maintain all required onboarding documentation, including I-9s, background checks, and employment paperwork.
  • Utilize multiple workforce management systems, timekeeping platforms, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to support daily operations and workforce planning.
  • Generate, download, analyze, and maintain reports from various systems to identify workforce trends, staffing challenges, attendance issues, and operational needs.
  • Manage a high volume of administrative tasks and documentation while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Send text communications and make outbound calls to confirm first-day attendance, provide updates, and communicate important workforce information.
  • Process payroll and track attendance, wage and hour compliance, and associate work records.
  • Coach associates on attendance expectations, performance standards, workplace policies, and assignment status.
  • Participate in client meetings related to operations, staffing, safety, and workforce initiatives.
  • Investigate, document, and support the resolution of safety incidents while promoting a strong safety culture.
  • Walk candidates through facility tours and remain actively engaged with associates throughout the workday.
  • Participate in daily operational meetings to understand staffing priorities, production goals, and workforce needs.
  • Provide support across additional client programs and VMS accounts as business needs require.
  • Assist with coverage of select Staff Performance Manager responsibilities during planned absences or PTO coverage.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, changing processes, and the evolving needs of a rapidly growing client operation.
  • Maintain a visible presence on the warehouse floor, providing customer service and workforce support directly where associates work.

Your Attributes:
  • Experience in logistics, distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, staffing, or other fast-paced operational environments preferred.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with associates, clients, and internal partners.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to documentation accuracy and data integrity.
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems, technologies, and spreadsheets simultaneously.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software platforms and workforce management tools.
  • Experience managing reports, workforce data, attendance tracking, payroll support, or operational metrics preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task, reprioritize, and remain effective in a constantly changing environment.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to represent Employbridge within a customer-facing onsite environment.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse setting, including areas that may be warm, active, and exposed to operational noise.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also collaborating with clients and team members.
  • Practical experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
  • HR, staffing, workforce management, employee relations, or onboarding experience is highly preferred.
