Job description

Monday - Friday 9am-5pm - 1 hour Lunch

We are seeking a experienced, organized, and motivated Trainer/ Workforce Development Specialist to provide classroom instruction, career coaching, and case management services to adults seeking employment. This role combines job readiness training with individualized career counseling to help participants overcome barriers, develop professional skills, and achieve long-term employment success.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Experience using Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or other case management systems preferred.
