Project Financial Coordinator

Location: 100% Remote

Overview

Our client is seeking a Project Financial Coordinator to support a high-performing Enterprise Program Management Office (PMO). This

individual will play a critical role in project financial oversight by managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, tracking forecasts, and supporting

financial reporting efforts across strategic enterprise initiatives.

This position is ideal for someone who has strong project coordination experience combined with hands-on project financial management

expertise and advanced Excel skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in project coordination or project support roles
  • Demonstrated experience managing project financials, including:
    • Budget tracking and management
    • Forecasting
    • Accruals
    • Invoice coding and processing
    • Financial analysis and reporting
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
