Symplr Workforce Management (Timekeeping, Scheduling & Analytics)

Redmond WA (Hybrid -Ocassional travel is fine)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Symplr Workforce Management Consultant with expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Analytics modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, reporting, and post-go-live support for workforce management solutions in healthcare environments.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Symplr Workforce Management .
  • Strong expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Analytics/Reporting modules.
  • Knowledge of workforce management processes, labor rules, and payroll integration.
  • Experience in configuration, testing, and production support.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Experience with SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, HR, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Workforce Management implementation/support experience.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with integrations between HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management systems.
