Job description

Immediate need for a talented Business Analyst with UKG and Travel Required. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Boston, MA(Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $55/hr - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).


Key Responsibilities:


  • Travel: Remote position, but travel required on need basis.
  • Candidate should be comfortable with travel; travel expenses will be covered by the company/client.
  • Lead requirement gathering, discovery workshops, and business process analysis sessions.
  • Document and manage functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to validate solutions and support successful delivery.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for client stakeholders across assigned engagements.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, status reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Track project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items across multiple implementations.
  • Coordinate activities between clients, consultants, and offshore delivery teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Support testing, UAT, business signoffs, and issue resolution activities.
  • Contribute to implementation planning, estimation, and governance activities.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Key skills; Project Management methodologies (Strong)
  • UKG WFM/PRO WFM
  • Candidate should have worked with UKG Client or their partners
  • Client understanding is important
  • 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, Delivery Coordination, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Strong requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and managing customer-facing interactions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed delivery teams.
  • HCM domain experience, preferably in Workforce Management, Timekeeping, Scheduling, Payroll, or HR Technology implementations.
  • Experience with UKG Workforce Management solutions (Dimensions, Workforce Central, UKG Pro WFM, or UKG Ready).
  • Exposure to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, or similar HCM platforms.
  • Ability to balance business analysis responsibilities with client coordination and delivery oversight across multiple engagements.
