In this role, you’ll engage with past clients to understand their current capital needs, gather required documentation, and prepare qualified opportunities for Senior Sales Representatives to close. This is an ideal position for motivated sales professionals who thrive in a high-volume, results-driven environment.
 
This is a remote position for those that reside in = AL, FL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY
Essential Functions
  • Conduct high-volume outreach (120–200 calls per day) to prior customers seeking additional capital
  • Communicate via phone, email, and text to assist past clients with new financing applications
  • Identify client needs and align them with appropriate product offerings
  • Re-engage previous customers to understand their experience and generate repeat business
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead statuses within the CRM system
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving and task completion
  • Collaborate with Senior Sales Representatives by transferring qualified prospects for closing
Required Education and Experience
  • 1–3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport with business owners
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly process-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Starting pay - $17/hr plus shift differential(extra $1/hr nights & wkds) + Incentives
Working hours - 6:00am-3:00pm (PST) ; Work Days - M-F 
Paid Training - typically 1 week in length from 6:00am-3:00pm Mon-Fri (PST)
Status - Full Time 40 hours, Benefit eligible 1st of month after 60 days
