This position is primarily remote, allowing flexibility and adaptability in your work routine. While you will have the autonomy to conduct therapy sessions from your chosen setting, you will also be part of a collaborative outpatient team. • Conduct personalized, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and other effective techniques.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care coordination, facilitating integration of services and addressing any practical barriers clients may face.
• Engage in ongoing assessment and refinements of therapeutic methods to optimize outcomes. You will analyze client progress periodically and adjust treatment plans based on their evolving needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation regarding client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, as well as to support continuous improvement initiatives within the practice.
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional workshops to enhance therapeutic skills and stay informed about the latest clinical practices and trends in mental health.

Your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will involve working with a diverse array of clients, ranging from individuals facing anxiety and depression to families navigating relationship issues and life transitions. You will be empowered to create a supportive environment where clients feel safe and heard, enabling them to reflect on their experiences and foster personal growth. • A Master's degree in Social Work or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Proven clinical expertise in diagnostic assessment and treatment planning, showcasing your ability to deliver tailored interventions.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience directly related to marriage, family, or clinical therapy settings, working with clients of various ages and backgrounds.
