Workforce Disruption Nurses focus on managing staffing challenges, addressing workforce shortages, and supporting healthcare facilities during disruptions. They often work in hospital settings, coordinating staffing plans and ensuring continuity of care. Emergency Room Nurses provide immediate care to patients in urgent situations, working in fast-paced ER environments. While both roles require nursing credentials and work in hospital settings, Workforce Disruption Nurses specialize in staffing and operational support, whereas ER Nurses focus on acute patient care.
