Position Summary

The Program Manager oversees security-focused projects, ensuring the successful implementation of cybersecurity initiatives across a contract. You will govern multiple workstreams and ensure alignment with the Sovereign Standard. The Program Manager will manage high-level client relationships and will be responsible for the P&L of the assigned program area.

Job Responsibilities

  • Govern the multiple workstreams and regulatory protocols that mandate how data must be protected across OSI Layers, ensuring alignment with the Sovereign Standard.
  • Translate federal mandates into the technical roadmaps executed by the team.
  • Projectโ€ฏManagement:โ€ฏManageโ€ฏmultipleโ€ฏcybersecurityโ€ฏprojects,โ€ฏfacilitatingโ€ฏplanningโ€ฏandโ€ฏprioritizationโ€ฏtoโ€ฏmeetโ€ฏorganizationalโ€ฏgoals.โ€ฏThisโ€ฏincludesโ€ฏbothโ€ฏshort-term andโ€ฏlong-term projects that may involve significant business and technology changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, IFSM or Cybersecurityโ€ฏ
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experienceโ€ฏ
  • PMP certification required and/or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
  • CGEIT
  • SAFe Agile โ€“ Scrum Master
  • Superb understanding of ITIL 4 Strategic Leader
  • Familiarity with NIST 800-171, CMMC 2.0, and FISMA
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, to effectively support contract teams daily initiatives.
