The Global Program Manager - Employee Experience & Culture is responsible for leading the design, delivery, and sustainment of employee experience (EX) and culture initiatives for the PTx organization, ensuring alignment with AGCO's strategic objectives and transformation priorities. Reporting to the Director, Global Employee Experience & Culture, and working in close partnership with PTx HR leadership, this role is responsible for driving the planning, execution, and governance of initiatives that strengthen PTx's cultural integration, reinforce its unique organizational identity, and enhance overall employee engagement. While anchored in PTx, the role also contributes to the broader global EX & Culture agenda by ensuring consistent program execution, effective stakeholder alignment, and measurable impact on employee experience and organizational effectiveness across AGCO.
Your Impact
  • Align PTx culture with AGCO's global strategy and 2026 North Star priorities; reinforce core cultural beliefs; strengthen PTx's identity while shifting toward a unified AGCO narrative; support storytelling, leadership role modeling, and positioning PTx as a strategic growth engine.
  • Design and deliver PTx-wide engagement initiatives; optimize existing activities using global tools; audit platforms and IT support needs; ensure key employee moments (onboarding, listening, recognition) are intentionally designed and aligned with PTx and AGCO processes.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications on sustainable communication strategies; use analytics to improve messaging; build and support the Site Leader Engagement Network; create scalable self-service tools; coordinate site level engagement while enabling local customization.
  • Partner with global OCM (Organizational Change Management) on PTx-related change initiatives; support AI and cultural integration efforts; provide insights to guide organizational effectiveness; ensure alignment with enterprise change strategies and avoid duplication.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor global EX & Culture programs; manage project plans, metrics, governance, and reporting; coordinate cross functional stakeholders and external partners; oversee SOW (Statement of Work)s and budgets; deliver scalable employee experience solutions; collaborate with ~200 Culture Champions and global program managers.

Your Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, Change management, culture and Communications, or related field
  • 6-8 years of experience in employee experience, culture, HR programs, or organizational initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects or programs end-to-end, including planning, execution, and tracking outcomes
  • Experience working in a matrixed, global, or cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders Working knowledge of employee engagement, culture, and change management principles
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Effective communication and presentation skills with experience delivering updates to stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with ability to leverage data to support decision-making

Your Compensation
This position offers a base salary range of $95,000 to $120,000, with final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for a target annual bonus eligibility of 15% of base salary, as part of AGCO's total rewards program.
Your Workplace
This role follows AGCO's on-site work model, with employees primarily working from an AGCO USA location (Tremont_IL OR Batavia_IL) for a 4 days per week to support collaboration and teamwork.
