About the Team: The Global Business Solutions (GBS) HR Business Partner team partners closely with business leaders to build high-performing organizations and deliver an exceptional employee experience. We drive strategic people initiatives across talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. As an HR Business Partner Intern, you'll work alongside experienced HRBPs on both strategic projects and day-to-day business partnership, gaining hands-on experience in how HR enables business growth at one of the world's fastest-growing technology companies. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, Economics, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders. - Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights. - Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. - Available for a full-time internship for a minimum of 3-6 months. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous internship experience in Human Resources, HR Business Partnering, People Operations, Consulting, Organizational Development, or a technology company. - Experience using data to support business recommendations through dashboards, reporting, or workforce analytics. - Interest in strategic HR, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience within a global organization.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $25- $25.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
