Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for an electro-mechanical intern to join our team in Green Bay, WI.

Career Growth - If selected for this exciting role, you'll work in-house to learn our equipment and technology. The goal is to transition to full-time field service work upon graduation from an electro-mechanical, automation technology, or similar program.  Full-time Field Service Technicians are based in Northeast Wisconsin, and service our corrugated machinery at customer sites throughout North America. Our machinery components include 480v 3-phase motors, AC/DC drives, PLCs, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Paid training - both in the classroom and on the job -- will keep you up to date on the latest technology and enhance your existing knowledge.

Compensation and Benefits - Fosber America, Inc. offers paid internship opportunities. After graduation and upon transition into the full time Field Service Technician role, you'll receive competitive pay and an excellent benefit package. Annual compensation for Field Service Technicians is between $65,000 to $80,000+, based on experience.

To be considered for this career opportunity, you must have at least the following:


  • Flexibility to frequently travel to customer sites throughout North America, after graduation. Fosber Field Service Technicians spend up to 75% of each year on the road.
  • Enrollment in a related technical college or university program, such as electro-mechanical technology or automation 
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude with a "hands on" approach to problem solving.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Great communication and customer service skills.
