Position Overview

Diligent Solutions is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and collaborative Management Analyst to support the successful execution of client programs and strategic initiatives across the digital infrastructure industry. The Management Analyst serves as a key member of the delivery team, responsible for coordinating complex initiatives, conducting research and analysis, managing stakeholder engagement, and translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
This role supports Diligent’s work across healthcare, government, and data center organizations by helping execute digital transformation strategies, workforce development strategies, community engagement initiatives, talent pipeline programs, and strategic consulting engagements. The ideal candidate combines strong project management capabilities with analytical thinking, research skills, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to internal teams, clients, and external partners.

Core Responsibilities

Program Support

·        Manage execution of client programs, initiatives, and strategic priorities from planning through completion.

·        Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, action trackers, milestone dashboards, and status reporting.

·        Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

·        Track risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items.

·        Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and delivery outcomes.

Strategic Research

·        Conduct research and analysis to support client strategies and business decisions.

·        Analyze workforce trends, education ecosystems, industry developments, market conditions, and partnership opportunities.

·        Research and evaluate organizations, programs, stakeholders, and regional resources.

·        Synthesize complex information into executive summaries, presentations, recommendations, and client deliverables.

·        Develop stakeholder maps, opportunity assessments, and strategic insights.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement

·        Support relationships with clients, education partners, workforce organizations, and community stakeholders.

·        Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, briefing documents, and follow-up communications.
