REIBLAW, a fast-growing business law firm in Denton, Texas, is looking for a detail-oriented team member to help coordinate the flow of client requests and legal work between clients and attorneys.


In this role, you will track incoming client requests, manage tasks in our workflow system, communicate updates to clients, and help ensure projects move efficiently from start to finish. This position focuses on organization, communication, and operational support—not providing legal advice.


The ideal candidate is extremely organized, comfortable managing multiple tasks at once, and enjoys working in a fast-paced professional environment. If you are a strong communicator, a proactive problem-solver, and someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, we would love to hear from you.

Compensation:

$55,000 – $65,000


Responsibilities:
  • Assess legal documents to assure compliance to all legal requirements
  • Inform clients and outside counsel on case status as requested
  • Conduct legal research to obtain documentation regarding health insurance, social security, medical records, and medical providers
  • Provide recommendations to attorneys with regard to cost and time-effective ways to accomplish the client’s goals
  • Aid attorneys with all aspects of case management, including billing, docketing deadlines, and providing reminders as requested

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
  • Experience using project management or task management systems such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar tools
  • Comfortable working with attorneys and clients in a professional environment
  • Proficient with standard office technology, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and online collaboration tools
  • Self-starter who can work independently while also supporting a team
  • Previous experience in a law firm, professional services firm, or administrative operations role is preferred but not required
