Role: Alteryx Workflow Developer Duration: 9 months Experience : 5+ years

JD: The STARS Data Operations Program Orchestration - Manager Data Analytics will work with STARs HEIDIS measure Owners as a Senior Workflow Developer in M&R Workflow Programming Team utilizing advanced analytics. Must have solid programming skills to develop, implement, and maintain Medicare Part C/CAHPS/HOS/C&S Workflows, reporting of programs as required by STARS program orchestration team

Primary Responsibilities: โ€ข Develop and maintain complex workflows using IBM Unica software. โ€ข Collaborates with business partners to design, build and code cross channel communications using campaign platforms such as Unica/IBM Campaign. โ€ข Serves as the technical lead on projects. Translates and conveys business solutions and strategies into system and database architecture. โ€ข Designs and builds strategies, processes and technology solutions that support business needs and align with industry best practices. โ€ข Ability to Create and Translate Complex SQL Queries to support ad-hoc business requests. โ€ข Identifies data solutions to support complex campaigns including: Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, flat files and data warehouses. โ€ข Develops and maintains best practices and standard operating procedures for campaigns. โ€ข Serves as the primary liaison to technology partners for data requests, issue escalation and resolution. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical support to Business partners โ€ข Maintaining and updating the workflow automation environment to ensure optimization โ€ข Participating in quality assurance, software testing, and documentation efforts

Required skills: โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience โ€ข 2+ years of Hands on development experience with Alteryx โ€ข 5+ years of Experience working with Campaign Management platforms (Adobe Campaign, Unica (preferred), SAS, Alterian, Eloqua, etc.) โ€ข Strong Experience with workflow design and development. โ€ข 4+ years of experience with SQL, Snowflake and RDBMS systems โ€ข 4 years of experience in a data quality review process, eg., Data QA, UAT etc. โ€ข 3+ Years of experience in Automation and optimization of workflows. โ€ข Proven experience with requirements gathering and analysis techniques โ€ข Proven ability to design, develop, deploy and maintain technical Workflows โ€ข Competent to work on complex projects independently โ€ข Ability to think strategically (outside-the-box) and provide creative solutions โ€ข Ability to frame problems and opportunities to present solutions
