Join ALIGN HOSPICE CARE LLC as a Hospice Office Manager, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring compassionate care for our patients and their families. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead our administrative team and enhance the quality of hospice services in Snellville, GA.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Manage patient intake processes and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Coordinate schedules for clinical staff and facilitate communication with healthcare providers.
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide training as needed.
  • Implement policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and compliance.
  • Monitor financial transactions and assist with budgeting and billing processes.
  • Ensure a welcoming environment for patients and families, addressing their needs promptly.

Requirements:
