Job description

The Opportunity:Implements tactical process improvement goals that drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation across business functions. Contributes significantly to the achievement of strategic business objectives by leading efforts in workflow optimization, automation, and operational risk reduction. Manages large process improvement projects and/or processes, overseeing initiatives such as enterprise-wide process standardization, advanced workflow redesigns, and compliance-driven business improvements. Directs the activities of others within projects, ensuring alignment with best practices, organizational goals, and industry benchmarks. Works on complex problems requiring an in-depth evaluation of multiple variable factors, including resource allocation, regulatory adherence, and technology integrations. Adapts precedents and may make departures from traditional approaches to develop innovative solutions that streamline operations and enhance productivity. Communicates with and influences senior management, providing insights into process optimization strategies, automation frameworks, and efficiency-driven cost reductions. Enhances relationships and networks with senior internal and external partners who may not be familiar with process improvement methodologies, often requiring persuasive communication to align stakeholders with strategic objectives.

The Marketing Workflow & Process Excellence Manager is responsible for the strategy,

governance, implementation, optimization and adoption of marketing workflow processes and supporting technologies. Through leadership of a team of Workfront and marketing process professionals, this role drives marketing process excellence, platform governance, workflow automation, and operational performance improvements across the global organization.


The position serves as the functional owner of Adobe Workfront and related workflow

technologies, ensuring marketing processes are effectively designed, implemented, measured, governed, and continuously improved. It is accountable for delivering operational results through people, technology, and process optimization while aligning organizational workflows with strategic business objectives.

What we're looking for

  • Education: Bachelor's Degreein Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in business process improvement, workflow management, project management, business transformation and operational excellence.
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience and driving organizational initiatives.
  • Experience administering or governing enterprise workflow and project management platforms such as Adobe Workfront.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, change management principles, and operational performance management.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Experience with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing process management, workflow optimization, and operational excellence principles
  • Experience administering and governing enterprise workflow platforms such as Adobe Workfront
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience designing and implementing marketing processes, automation solutions and workflow technologies

  • Performance & Stakeholder Management
    • Establish and monitor KPIs, adoption metrics, service levels, and operational performance measures.
    • Partner with marketing leaders to prioritize initiatives and drive organizational change.
    • Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
    • Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value and support strategic objectives.

Pay Transparency:

The expected pre-tax pay for this position is

$97,500.00 - $156,975.00

Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
