The Building People, LLC, has an opening for a Maximo Application Consultant who would be responsible for managing, customizing, and optimizing the configuration of the IBM Maximo asset management system the client site. The Maximo Application Consultant will be working closely with clients to understand their unique needs, configure the system accordingly, and provide ongoing support for its efficient operation. This role demands a deep understanding of Maximo's architecture, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as Technical Functional resource of IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management Software
  • 5+ years of experience with IBM Maximo 7.6.x application configuration and support (including Maximo Integration Framework, Front-end Application Designer, Workflow Designer, Java, and/or BIRT report writing)
  • 2+ years of experience working as part of an Agile development team
  • 2+ years of experience implementing Maximo in cloud architectures
  • Must be eligible for Secret clearance
  • To be considered for work, CANDIDATE MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN based in the UNITED STATES

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 9.0+ deployment and/or support strongly preferred
  • Experience with federal government contract work, preferably DOJ agencies
  • Certified Maximo Deployment Professional

Preferred Education

  • Bachelors Degree
