Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable broadband connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From households to small businesses, schools, hospitals, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve communities and organizations operating in places without dependable internet access.
This position will be responsible for sales operations and business analysis for the Enterprise sales team within the Amazon Leo B2B Commercial Sales organization

This will be a pivotal role that enables you to have significant business impact through your direct involvement in customer financial modeling, reporting, forecasting, data quality and operations support.
You will assist in the formalization of the financial and business reporting for a business vertical within Leo B2B Commercial Sales. You will be establishing dashboards, operational metrics, reports, and standard operating procedures to support the rapid growth of the Leo business.
You will work in collaboration and coordination with sales managers, account and service teams, and corporate finance. You will also be responsible for evaluation and recommendation of new ways of conducting business that can help accelerate growth.
You should have the ability to think strategically, act tactically, and display strong analytical and critical thinking skills

You should be able to build strong cross-group working relationships and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key job responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to sales leaders, leveraging data and analyses to land business insights, develop GTM strategies, and scale the business.
Drive improvements to the reporting tools, methods, and processes.
Manage the administration and execution of the team's targets, including segmentation of business goals, and measurement of goal attainment.
Work directly with the models/data. Work with large data sets and the technical tools needed to work with them.
Drive towards simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems
Project-manage multiple workflows and communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbal, in a clear and easy-to-understand way.

As a member of the Leo Sales Planning & Compensation (SPC) team, you will be working alongside a group of sales operations professionals to support the Leo B2B Commercial Sales organization

In addition to designing and administering Sales Compensation for the organization, the team also provides end-to-end sales operations support to our sales teams and leaders.
In this role, you will be working with Leo sales team members, as well as related functions including finance, legal, accounting, tax, the Deal Desk, Sales & Partner Products, and more.
