What You’ll Do
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online quote requests
  • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
  • Prepare quotes and guide customers through purchasing decisions
  • Follow up on open opportunities to help close business
  • Support order completion and coordinate sales activities
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Minimum Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer service, sales, or sales support experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and multiple systems
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM
Schedule
  • Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
  • No weekends or holidays
