This role ensures that all field work is carried out according to the project schedule, quality expectations, and safety requirements. The supervisor provides clear daily direction, coordinates resources, manages installation challenges, and supports both craft personnel and project leadership to ensure successful project outcomes. The position reports directly to the Project Manager and works closely with the Project Coordinator, Project Controls Specialist, and Shell SAFOR representatives."
