  • Represent employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in Louisiana workers’ compensation matters
  • Handle cases from inception through resolution, including hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations

  • Take and defend depositions, including claimant, medical, and expert depositions
  • Appear before Louisiana Office of Workers’ Compensation (OWC) judges
