What We’re Looking For:

We need a strong, compassionate dental professional with a background in:

  • Experienced in Dentistry: Must have prior experience working in a Dental Practice as a Front Desk Receptionist, Business Assistant, Patient Care Coordinator, or Dental Administrator.
  • Treatment Planning: presenting and making financial arrangements for comprehensive treatment plans with confidence
  • Patient Scheduling: Develop and maintain a strong, efficient schedule that ensures patients receive exceptional care while keeping the team on track to consistently exceed performance goals.
  • Collections & Accounts Receivables: Manage the full accounts receivable lifecycle, including billing, insurance claim submission, and overseeing the collection process to maintain healthy cash flow and financial stability.
  • Bilingual: English & Spanish a plus!
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.

Proven experience as a receptionist in a dental office with 2+ years of experience, a plus!

You will play a pivotal role in managing patient appointments, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer services. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be critical in helping us deliver outstanding patient care.
