This role also leads the execution of annual compensation cycles while ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, employee experience and process improvement initiatives.

Position: Program Manager, Compensation
Shift: Full-time 40 hours, Monday through Friday. Onsite days are Tuesdays & Thursdays (Radnor, PA).
Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in compensation experience required. Healthcare compensation experience preferred

Education: 
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required.

Licensures/Certifications:
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
