Job description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Create Quality Assurance (QA) plan and get it reviewed & approved with project stakeholders.
2. Design & execute test cases
3. Conduct UAT and get the UAT signoff
4. Conduct defect triage calls with project team
5. Provide test execution plan to project manager
6. Work with Business Analyst to gather the test requirements
7. Update test cases & test execution in HP ALM
8. Prepare the test result report & give a walkthrough to project stakeholders
9. Use existing automated script to run the regression test
10. Prepare test strategy for Workday major releases
11. Work as a team to complete any unplanned request
12. Perform mobility test as and when required
Internal Controls:
Understands and complies with established departmental processes and procedures designed to support internal controls efforts. Identifies and brings to the attention of department management internal controls deficiencies.
Successful incumbents will have:
1. 3+ years of hands-on experience as QA
2. Familiarity with best practices in software QA and ability to champion best practices
3. Strong written and verbal communications.
4. 2+ years of Workday testing experience preferred.
5. Knowledge of test automation preferred.
