Workday Functional Analyst I- HCM & Training
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma (Remote)
Role Overview
The Workday Functional Analyst is responsible for the design, configuration, testing, validation, training, and support of the Workday application and other assigned systems. This position involves working collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams to optimize and enhance system functionalities, ensuring they meet business requirements and support process workflows.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain system configuration by evaluating and implementing modifications and enhancements.
  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of functional workflows and application capabilities.
  • Drive the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance to ensure functional requirements are met.
  • Identify system optimization opportunities and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement solutions.
  • Investigate complex system issues, providing analysis and generating effective solution options.
  • Coordinate, prepare, and execute training and communications for end-users on application updates and changes.
  • Assist in the development of educational tools for new applications and system updates.
  • Support applications and projects, which may require after-hours or weekend availability.
  • Exercise independent judgment in decision-making on diversified alternatives.
Required Qualifications
