The Opportunity

The Implementation Specialist serves as the primary performance partner for assigned clinics, using data insights and operational expertise to identify improvement opportunities, influence behavior change, and drive measurable results. This role supports smaller, focused clinics by delivering targeted, consultative coaching to optimize performance and operations.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of clinics, partnering with clinic leaders and staff to support operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze performance data and key metrics to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and consultative support to help clinics improve service delivery, operational execution, and adherence to company standards.
  • Lead performance-focused conversations that promote accountability, problem-solving, and achievement of performance goals.
  • Develop and implement clinic-specific action plans to address operational challenges and improve results.
  • Assess learning and development needs, recommend training resources, and reinforce best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor progress against performance goals, conduct follow-up discussions, and adjust strategies as needed to sustain improvement.
  • Maintain accurate coaching documentation, track outcomes, and report progress related to performance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Training, and other cross-functional teams to remove barriers and improve clinic effectiveness.
  • Escalate persistent or high-risk performance issues when appropriate and provide recommendations for corrective action.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, structured information and facilitate discussions in small-group settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze operational performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority, building credibility and trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative coaching and relationship management skills, with a focus on driving behavior change and performance improvement.
  • Proven ability to identify root causes and recommend practical, effective solutions to operational challenges.
  • Skilled in managing and prioritizing multiple requests in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in project coordination and applied problem-solving.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word).
  • Ability to execute and reinforce established SOPs and workflows while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Delivers structured training and presentations (5-15 participants), facilitating engagement, addressing questions, and adapting delivery to meet audience needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 0-1 years of experience in customer support, healthcare operations, clinical program knowledge, data entry, or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).
  • Experience working with healthcare providers is helpful but not required

The base pay for this position is

$26.50 - $53.00/hour
