Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Client Onboarding: Serve as the primary, high touch point of contact for new clients throughout the onboarding and implementation lifecycle.
  • Manage Project Timelines: Drive project schedules, manage milestones, and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure on‑time execution across multiple concurrent implementations.
  • Hands‑On UKG Configuration: Perform full hands‑on setup, configuration, and testing across the entire UKG Ready suite (Payroll, Time & Labor Management/TLM, and HR).
  • Provide Strategic Guidance & Solutions: Leverage deep analytical and problem‑solving skills to address client‑specific workflows, payroll requirements, and technical hurdles.
  • Deliver Clear Presentations: Facilitate client kickoff meetings, project status calls, and technical demonstrations with clarity and professionalism.
  • Collaborate Internally & Locally: Partner closely with internal teams and implementation leadership to streamline project workflows and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Support Process Optimization: Embrace modern AI tools and automated workflows to continuously improve project delivery and implementation efficiency.
What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented, highly articulate project professional who thrives in balancing technical UKG configuration with executive‑level client communication in a remote setting.

  • Experience: 5+ years of direct experience implementing the full UKG Ready suite (Payroll, TLM, HR).
  • Concurrent Project Leadership: Proven track record of leading multiple client implementations simultaneously while managing competing deadlines.
  • Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of payroll processing principles and multi‑module system configurations.
  • Client Relationship Mastery: Superior presentation, communication, and relationship‑management skills tailored for high‑touch client partnerships.
  • Growth Mindset & Problem Solving: Strong analytical abilities, professional accountability, and the capacity to solve complex client issues independently.
  • Superb Organization: Outstanding time‑management habits, sharp attention to detail, and a service‑oriented mindset.
Remote Work Requirements:

To ensure success and protect client confidentiality, you must have:

  • A quiet, dedicated, and professional home workspace free from distractions.
  • A reliable, high‑speed home internet connection.

Summary

Supervision & Training:

You will report directly to and receive supervision from our Director of Implementation.

  • Compensation & Bonuses: $95,000 – $105,000 per year, plus eligibility for department bonuses.
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.
  • Financial Security: 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution after Year 1.
  • Time Off: Generous paid vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays.
  • Connection: While we are 100% remote, we gather in person once a year for a 2-to-3-day company retreat.
