What You Bring
Experience
5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience required.
Expertise in at least one major Workday module (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM Core, Recruiting, Talent, Learning).
Skills
Deep knowledge of Workday configuration, business processes, reporting, and security.
Ability to translate complex business challenges into elegant Workday solutions.
Strong analytical thinking and a passion for quality, accuracy, and operational excellence.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-making.

  • Analyzes, designs and implements the organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) platform, which may include system administration/support, improving the efficiency of data collection and acting as a subject-matter expert for applicable systems/processes. May coach/lead other analysts/associates.
  • Consults on the evaluation, analysis and design of HRIS for the organization and oversees complex activities and projects.
  • May lead review of data input, output and reports to ensure the accuracy of data in the HRIS.
  • Recommends solutions for improving the efficiency of data collection and reporting procedures.
  • Provides end user support and coordinates with other human resources functions to ensure that the HRIS is adequately and efficiently supporting the organization's human resources practices; Leads process improvements where relevant.
  • Recommends and implements more complex systems and technology solutions.
