Position Summary
This is a Job-Sharing opportunity with a focus on execution of planned initiatives to include implementation, enhancement, and optimization of the institution's HRIS product suite. This is a critical role, ensuring that HR technology supports and advances the institution's operational goals, compliance, and reporting requirements. The incumbent will collaborate with key stakeholders across HR/HRIS, IT, Finance, and Consulting Partners to drive and deliver continuous improvement efforts, optimize system functionality, data integrity, reporting, and user experiences. This role requires a combination of leadership and hands-on system expertise to ensure that the HR technology suite effectively supports the institution's HR operations.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Five (5) or more years of HRIS experience, including three (3) years of Workday administration experience, 2-3 years of ServiceNow design, implementation and support experience.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules, configurations, security, and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow configurations and integration with HCM solutions.
• Experience leading HR technology projects, including system implementations and upgrades.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with HR, IT, Finance, senior leaders and consultants.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
Seven (7) or more years of HRIS experience, including five (5) years of Workday administration experience.
• Workday Certifications in one or more modules (e.g., HCM, Compensation, Reporting).
• ServiceNow HRD Certification
• Experience in higher education HR operations and policies.
• Knowledge of integrations with third-party systems, including payroll, benefits, and learning management platforms.
• Experience with change management and training for HR system implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Strategy Execution & System Oversight
• Support the delivery of identified roadmap initiatives for HR/HR systems, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities.
• Collaborate with HR leaders, IT and Consulting Partners to deliver enhancements to existing solutions and emerging HR technology.
• Facilitate process automation initiatives to improve HR operational efficiencies.
System Optimization
• In conjunction with Sr. HRIS Manager, optimize HRIS system modules including Core HCM (transition to Workday), refinement and delivery of HR Portal (ServiceNow).
• Engage in solution configurations, integrations, testing, and security settings to optimize effectiveness.
• Participate in planning and design phases for adoption of new features, ensuring the incorporation of leading practices within BP design, workflows, use of security protocols within Workday and ancillary/complimentary solutions (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Engage in system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and case management.
