Summary:

The Workday Analyst partners with HR leaders, IT, Finance, People Operations leaders, and other business stakeholders to advance innovative solutions within Workday. This role is responsible for the ongoing support, maintenance, configuration, and optimization of Workday while working through complex issues and business processes to ensure compliance, data integrity, and operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates expertise and ownership for the configuration, enhancement, maintenance and testing of the Workday system.
  • Supports various Workday modules which may include Recruiting (Talent Acquisition), Compensation, HCM, Onboarding, Talent, Learning or Benefits.
  • Collaborates with business partners to translate goals and objectives into change requests with clear requirements.
  • Assists with defining, implementing, and maintaining Workday configurations for various modules.
  • Participates in the research, design, development, testing, delivery and training of new enhancement, features or tools.
  • Identifies areas to simplify, standardize, and improve the Workday setup.
  • Follows Workday best practices, standards, and guidelines.


Requirements:
Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Skills & Experience

  • 1+ years of configuration experience with Workday HCM
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Strategic thinker, results oriented and self-directed
