This role involves working closely with HR and other departments to ensure the effective utilization, configuration, and optimization of the Workday HCM platform.<\/span>\n

\n 1. System Configuration: Configure and maintain the Workday HCM system, including business processes, security roles, and data integrations. Ensure system settings align with organizational requirements and industry best practices.<\/span>\n

\n 2. User Support and Training: Provide technical assistance and support to end\-users, including troubleshooting system issues, answering inquiries, and delivering training sessions on Workday functionality and processes.<\/span>\n
