Description

The client is looking for an IBM Sterling expert to help implement and run a new order system, IBM Sterling. IBM Sterling is an order management system for ecommerce groups to manage, communicate and track for suppliers and customers. This analyst must know the in's and out's of Sterling. Must be technical and able to help out with figuring out root cause problems, investigation, outputs, payments integrations, etc. Must be a self starter and work independently, as this person will be working primarily alone and no time for a long ramp up.

Other responsibilities include:

• Maintain WIKI and historical requirements (including business rules)

• Document requirements

o Non-functional business rules

o Technical integrations

o Regional variants

o Functional specs

o Authoring

o UI

• Work with other teams to align on requirements for:

o Accessibility

o Metrics

o Unit Testing

 Set acceptance criteria with PM

 Assist in testing out of scope items from TC (incentives, pricing, lead submission)

 Align with TC on upcoming builds and testing criteria and test case creation

• Document integrations cross application

• Check alignment with other site standards

• Meeting minutes

• 1st line of defense for questions from Authors, Testers, Dev

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
