We are seeking an experienced Workday Extend Developer for a contract engagement to design, build, and support Workday Extend solutions and integrations. This role will focus on hands-on development and delivery, working closely with business stakeholders through the full SDLC.
 

 Responsibility

 • Design, develop, and enhance Workday Extend applications to meet defined business requirements
 • Build, support, and troubleshoot integrations using Workday Studio, APIs, EIB, XML, and XSLT
 • Develop and maintain Workday Reports supporting operational and business use cases
 • Participate in end-to-end SDLC activities, including requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support
 • Work directly with end users and business teams to clarify requirements and deliver solutions efficiently
 • Follow Workday best practices for security, performance, and maintainability
 • Provide production support, issue resolution, and documentation during the contract term
 
 Required Qualifications
 •8 years of hands-on experience with Workday Extend development
 • Strong experience with:
 o Workday Studio
 o Workday Reports
 o EIB
 o APIs
 o XML and XSLT
 o RaaS
 • Solid understanding of Workday integration architecture and enterprise systems
 • Experience delivering solutions in an SDLC-based or Agile environment
 • Proven ability to collaborate with business users and technical teams in a fast-paced environment
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 • Software development experience using Python, Java or C#
