Job Title: Workday Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Developer to design, build, and support Workday integrations, reports, and configurations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and custom reports, with a solid understanding of HR and Payroll business processes.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIBs.
  • Design and maintain custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT) within Workday.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
  • Troubleshoot integration and reporting issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Maintain and support existing Workday integrations and configurations.
  • Participate in Workday releases and ensure seamless adoption of new features.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 25 years of Workday development experience.

  • Strong expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and BIRT.
  • Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials modules.
  • Understanding of XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and web service integrations.
