Workday Extend allows organizations to create tailored solutions that seamlessly integrate with Workday’s core applications, such as Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financials. Developers in this role leverage Workday's development tools, APIs, and frameworks to meet unique business needs that go beyond standard Workday functionality. Their work ensures that organizations can address specific workflows, reporting, and process automation within the secure Workday environment.
