We are seeking an experienced Workday Reporting & Analytics Manager to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of reporting and analytics across the Workday platform. As a key member of the Workday Center of Excellence, this role owns the Workday data and reporting strategy, including Prism Analytics and related data products, to enable reliable, scalable, insight-driven decision making.

You will partner cross-functionally with business owners, solution architects, project managers, and technology teams to deliver governed, high-impact analytics, balancing innovation with security and standards.

Position Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the Workday reporting and analytics strategy (standard reports, dashboards, Discovery Boards, Prism Analytics, and related data products).
  • Serve as the SME for Workday reporting tools and the Workday data model; define standards, architecture, data definitions, and governance.
  • Translate business reporting needs into scalable Workday solutions and a prioritized delivery roadmap.
  • Lead Workday data extraction and downstream consumption (RaaS, APIs/integrations), optimizing performance, volume, and security constraints.
  • Own the Prism Analytics roadmap (use cases, sourcing, transformations, and lifecycle management) and support delivery across deployments and releases.
  • Provide technical leadership: documentation, mentoring, complex issue resolution, and alignment with integration, security, and compliance teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement by staying current on Workday capabilities, best practices, and industry trends; build and maintain a peer network.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in ERP reporting/analytics/data management, including 3+ years of hands-on Workday reporting/analytics.
  • Deep expertise in Workday reporting tools (Advanced Reporting, Dashboards/Discovery Boards, Worksheets) and Prism Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of the Workday data model and Workday security/domains; experience with data extraction and downstream consumption (RaaS, APIs/integrations).
  • Ability to translate complex data into business insights; strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Workday Reporting and/or Prism Analytics certification and Adaptive Planning reporting experience (preferred).
  • Ability to work overtime/weekends as needed; occasional local/national travel may be required.

This is an exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.

The compensation range reflects the base salary wereasonably expectto pay for this position across our offices in the following regions: CO, IL, OH, and MA. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer standardized, market-based starting salaries among individuals within the same hiring group.
