LevLane is seeking an Account Director to lead a portfolio of high-impact Senior Living accounts. In this senior client services role, you'll own key relationships, shape integrated marketing strategies, and oversee campaign execution across channels, all while guiding and growing a dedicated internal team. This is a critical leadership position where strategic thinking, operational rigor, and a strong sense of partnership will be essential. This role includes approximately 20% travel to support client relationships, in-market collaboration, and new business efforts.  


While candidates based in the Greater Philadelphia area are preferred, we're open to considering exceptionally qualified individuals outside the region who are willing to stay closely connected and travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities
1- Strategic Client Leadership 

  • Own and grow relationships with senior-level client stakeholders.  
  • Lead annual planning and quarterly business reviews to align marketing strategies with client business goals.  
  • Serve as a senior advisor, translating client objectives into integrated marketing strategies and ensuring alignment with campaign KPIs.  
  • Proactively identify opportunities to drive organic account growth and support new business development.  
  • Collaborate with agency leadership on strategic category insights and agency positioning.  

2- Integrated Campaign Oversight 

  • Guide the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns including direct mail, paid media, digital, social, content, PR, and web.  
  • Ensure strategy briefs are clear, actionable, and aligned across teams.  
  • Oversee creative and tactical execution, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.  
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on insights.  

3- Financial Accountability 

  • Manage account-level budgets, ensuring profitability and transparency.  
  • Lead forecasting, financial reporting, and margin management in partnership with agency leadership and finance.  
  • Ensure accurate cost estimating and scope management across client work.  

4- Team Leadership & Collaboration 

  • Lead and mentor account teams, fostering professional development and high performance.  
  • Set clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.  
  • Champion agency culture and collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, media, and project management teams.  
  • Promote efficiency and team cohesion across remote and in-person work environments.  

5- Reporting, Analytics & Optimization 

  • Analyze campaign data to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations.  
  • Create clear, compelling performance reports and present outcomes to clients. 
  • Leverage analytics tools and industry benchmarks to inform continuous improvement and innovation.  

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (Master's a plus).  
  • 6-10+ years of progressive experience in a client services or account leadership role within an advertising / marketing agency.
  • Direct experience working with Senior Living clients is required.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-channel campaigns and build trusted relationships with senior-level clients.
  • Deep understanding of strategic marketing planning, creative development, media, and campaign execution across paid, earned and owned channels.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
  • Strong leadership experience, including mentoring and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance, using data to inform optimizations and strategic direction.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms; experience with Workamajig or similar project management software is strongly preferred.

Work Environment & Travel

This position requires up to 20% travel, within the U.S., to support key client meetings, team collaboration, and new business opportunities. Travel may include overnight stays.
