General Description
The purpose of this position is to provide office administrative support for Human Resources.
Essential Job Duties
1) Provide friendly and helpful customer service by welcoming and assisting visitors in the HR Office.
2) Answer phones, direct calls, and take accurate phone messages.
3) Organize information and file a large volume of documents.
4) Organize and inventory office supplies.
5) Assist with departmental events and programs as necessary.
6) Make Xerox copies and assemble information packets.
7) Run errands across campus.
8) Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
1) Be self-directed and motivated.
2) Adhere to strict ethical and legal requirements concerning confidentiality and protecting information.
3) Must be detail oriented.
4) Ability to interact with HR patrons in a positive and effective way.
