American Traveler is hiring a Radiology/X-Ray Technologist for an acute care hospital, requiring 1+ years experience, ARRT (R), and a valid CA license (if applicable)
Job Details
• Acute care hospital setting with 150 staffed beds,
• X-Ray Tech unit,
• Day shift, 4x10 hours, Tuesday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM,
• On-call requirements apply,
• Float requirement between like units and potentially to nearby affiliate hospitals,
• Uses Epic charting system,
• Uses GE and Toshiba imaging equipment, PACS, and Fuji Synapse,
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience required,
• ARRT (R) and BLS certifications required,
• Fluoroscopy certification required,
• Valid CA license required if applicable,
• Community hospital experience required,
• Trauma Level I experience preferred,
• Epic charting experience required,
• Skills in abdomen/GI, lower and upper extremity, spine and pelvis, chest and thorax, and head imaging,
• Experience with fluoroscopy studies including barium swallow, contrast enema, and upper GI series,
• Experience with mobile/surgical imaging including C-arm procedures and portable chest/abdomen,
• Experience preparing and/or administering contrast media,
• Peripheral IV starts preferred,
• Adult outpatient and enema studies experience preferred,

• RTO must be submitted with candidate profile,
• Must be willing to work 2 of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year,
