Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare Youth for Success
โ€ข Create an environment that facilitates the achievement of Youth Development Outcomes:
a. Promote and stimulate program participation.
b. Register new members and participate in their club orientation process.
c. Provide guidance and role modeling for members.
Program Development and Implementation
โ€ข Effectively implement and administer programs, services, and activities for drop-in members and visitors.
โ€ข Monitor and evaluate programs, services, and activities to ensure the safety of members, the quality of programs, and the appearance of the Unit. Prepare daily activity reports.
Supervision
โ€ข Ensure a productive work environment by participating in weekly Unit staff meetings.
Additional Duties:
1. May participate in special programs and/or events.
2. May be required to drive for Club Activities periodically.
3. Perform other duties assigned by Program or Unit Director.
Required Education: โ€ข High school diploma or GED
Required Experience:
โ€ข Experience in working with children.
โ€ข Knowledge of youth development.
โ€ข Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems.
โ€ข Ability to deal with the public.
